Proposal 1
To consider and, if thought appropriate, to pass a special resolution approving the amendment to the Corporation's articles to consolidate its issued and outstanding Common Shares on the basis of a ratio at one post-consolidation Common Share for every ten pre-consolidation Common Shares (10:1) to be implemented by the board of directors of the Corporation in its sole direction at any time prior to December 31, 2019.
