Oona Stock is Executive Vice-President, Talent & Performance. She oversees the talent management, culture and transformation, human capital strategic alignment, total compensation and HR information management teams. She is a member of the Executive Committee.
Ms. Stock has more than 25 years of experience in organizational transformation. In 1997, she joined the consulting firm SECOR as a strategy consultant and became a partner in 2007. When KPMG acquired SECOR, she led Canada’s strategy practice while overseeing, within the firm, the national client experience practice. For 19 years, she has specialized in implementing growth strategies. In her role, she has supported many executives and senior management committees of large organizations in developing and implementing organizational and cultural transformation plans, with the aim of enhancing both their performance and employee engagement.
She holds a Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources from Université de Montréal.
Ms. Stock has been Chair of the Board of Directors of the Société de développement social de Montréal for five years, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors of the Fondation Le Chaînon. She initiated Focus stratégique du Québec in 2010, and has served as a business strategy expert for the Génération INC. movement.
