Nathalie Palladitcheff ensures, among other duties, that Ivanhoé Cambridge’s global investment strategy is aligned with its growth and performance targets. She guides and supports the business units’ efforts by searching for and analyzing investment opportunities, while providing exceptional functional support, as she is also responsible for all corporate services.
Ms. Palladitcheff has more than 25 years of experience in finance and real estate. Before joining Ivanhoé Cambridge in April 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, she was a member of the Executive Committee in charge of Finance, Legal Affairs and Information Technology at Icade, where she also assumed responsibility for the Property Services division. She also served as Acting CEO of Icade. Prior to this, she was Managing Director of Dolmea Real Estate, a subsidiary of Groupe AXA. Throughout her career she has held management positions at Société Foncière Lyonnaise de Paris, Banque Française Commerciale Océan Indien and Coopers & Lybrand Audit.
She holds a degree in finance and accounting from École Supérieure de Commerce de Dijon (ESC Dijon) and received France’s insignia of Chevalier de l’Ordre national du mérite (Knight of the National Order of Merit) in 2012.
