Strategy and Global Portfolio, Infrastructure
Philippe Lenoble is responsible for developing and updating the investment strategy of CDPQ’s Infrastructure portfolio and for applying a systematic approach to its construction. He plays a cross-functional role within the Infrastructure group and its investment teams. He spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs in London, where he was a Managing Director in the infrastructure investment group and a member of its investment committee. Prior to that, he held various positions in structuring and placing complex financing solutions and in managing credit risk at Citibank in London. Philippe has held a variety of positions on the boards of various global companies in the infrastructure industry, including Sintonia S.p.A., Ørsted A/S (previously DONG Energy A/S), Budapest Airport Zrt and SVBTC Ltd., as well as on the strategy committee of Japan Renewable Energy Co. Ltd. He earned degrees in engineering and management, as well as in pedagogy, from Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium), and holds the CFA designation.
