Wendy Murdock has over 30 years of experience as a manager and director in the global financial services industry. Member of the senior management of MasterCard Worldwide from 2005 to 2013, she was initially responsible for innovation, development, go-to-market strategy and commercialization of all MasterCard products targeted at consumers, corporations/governments and merchants. She subsequently served as MasterCard’s Chief Payment Systems Integrity Officer with responsibility for leading the company’s anti-fraud, information and cyber security programs. Over the course of her career, she also held executive positions with Citigroup and Salomon Brothers, and was a Partner at McKinsey & Company.
Ms. Murdock serves on the Boards of Directors of USAA Federal Savings Bank and Iron Mountain Inc., where she also chairs the compensation committees. She previously served on the Boards of AvidXchange, Syniverse Technologies, Tullett & Tokyo Liberty and Recall Holdings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
