The CDPQ notes that the company complies with the regulations in effect with respect to free association and collective bargaining for its employees, and for the workers of third-party employment agencies, which are governed by the same laws and regulations as all Quebec employers. The CDPQ will closely monitor the evolution of labour standards and practices in the future and will continue its dialogue with the company on this matter.
