CDPQ sets sights on Brazil

Charles Emond, President and Chief Executive Officer, spoke to Valor Econômico about CDPQ’s investment strategy in Brazil and its ambition to continue growing its investments in the country.

While CDPQ is looking at opportunities on new fronts, Charles Emond highlighted that CDPQ will strengthen its presence in the three main portfolio companies in the country: Verene Energia, TAG (Transportadora Associada de Gás), and FiBrasil.

“Today, Brazil has by far the most active pipeline of projects in Latin America. We are looking at different opportunities.”
