The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec acquires shares of Technologies 20-20 Inc.

The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (the "Caisse") announces that it has acquired 784,000 common shares of Technologies 20-20 Inc. (TSX: TWT) ("Technologies" or the "Company") or 4.16% of such shares outstanding, at an average price of $6.50 per share on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Through this transaction, the Caisse now holds 2,035,400 common shares of the Company, or 10.79% of such shares outstanding.

This transaction was made for investment purposes and the Caisse could increase or reduce its investment in the Company according to market conditions or other relevant factors.
