Distinct decision-making bodies 

Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec’s activities are governed by its Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. These decision-making bodies are made up of experienced, international-calibre managers with wide-ranging expertise.

We expect them all to act with professionalism, accountability and rigour to implement strategies and action plans so we can carry out our mission, namely, to generate optimal returns for our depositors while contributing to Québec’s economic development.
