Our philanthropic activity is based on our desire to provide relevant and lasting assistance by investing in the community. For each of our partnerships, we look to be a source of constructive capital, drawing on our fundamental values of ethics and rigour, as well as the expertise of our teams.

Cause and Effect
We encourage our employees to become involved in community organizations. We created the Cause and Effect program that provides:
- Financial recognition through a donation to the organization the employee is working with, upon submission of an application
- Seven hours of paid leave to provide expertise as a volunteer or to do work for an organization
